DPI Suit: Real-time production optimisation with data-connected digital twins
IDM-Systems Zrt. has been awarded a non-refundable grant of HUF 34.35 million in the Dedicated R&D&I and Market Access Support Programme for Digital Economy Actors - Digital Product Innovation Development. The project is being implemented under the Digital Renewal Operational Programme Plus of the Ministry of Energy with the support of the European Union.
Project ID: DIMOP_PLUSZ-1.1.2/A-24-2025-00114.
The aim of the development is to increase production efficiency and facilitate digitalisation with the DPI Suite software framework, which creates true digital twins to production machines and enables real-time monitoring, optimisation and simulation of production through real-time data linking of physical and virtual machines, reducing costs, downtime and risks.
Machine data collection, simulation, digital validation - the basis of the DPI Suite - is at the heart of IDM-Systems' digital manufacturing solutions, supporting industrial digitisation and data-driven decision making. The system is closely aligned with IDM's strategy and takes intelligent management of manufacturing processes to a new level.
The development will directly create 1-2 new jobs and lay the foundations for the creation of additional technological positions.
Project completion date: 30.06.2027.
